Answer: The search engine is one of the most advanced engines in the world, and it's designed to find members according to their compatibility to your preferences. The system displays members more closely related to your search first, and less compatible members in the following pages, to give you a wider range of members.

Question: I'm going to the search page, but it tells me I haven't set my Search Preferences yet. What do I do?
Answer: In the top menu, right next to the Search link, there's a link to Search Preferences. Go to the Search Preferences page and input all your preferences. Your search preferences are stored on the server so you only have to enter them once, and simply search accordingly each time you visit the website. You can alter your preferences at any time, by going back to the Search Preferences page.

Question: What is the Communications Central?
Answer: The Communications Central is the communication system of the website. It is a high definition system allowing you to send and receive messages, organize your archived messages, and receive
system notifications. This is the core of the website allowing you to network with other members of the site and start building connections.

Question: What are the Folders in the Communications Central?
Answer:The folders allow you to organize your messages better after you receive many messages from other members of the site. You can manage your folders at any time, add
folders, remove folders, move messages between folders, etc.

Question: I'm being harrased by a member, and I don't want to receive any more messages from him/her. What can I do?
Answer: In both the Communications Central and the Instant Messenger you have the option to block other members. In the Communications Central, this is done by marking the
messages of members you wish to block, and click the "Ignore" button. In the Instant Messenger, this is done by simply clicking the "Ignore" button in the Messenger window.
The user will then be blocked and no further communications will be received from him/her. Furthermore, if the harrasment recurrs, you can notify the website administrator
to take further actions against this user.

Question: I'm trying to open a message, but it forwards me to the Permium Account page. Why can't I read any more messages?
Answer: Your trial period has ended, and you have read the extra 5 messages you are allowed to read. To read your messages, you must purchase a Premium Account which will
allow you to read unlimited messages for the time of your subscription. After purchasing a Premium Account you will be able to read any of your old messages, including
messages you have received at the time in which you wasn't able to read messages. Messages you receive will never be lost, unless you delete them, and remove them
from the Trash. You will always be able to read any messages when you subscribe for a Premium Account.

Question: What are contacts? What is 'Public' and what is 'Private'?
Answer: Public Contacts show you your current status in the site. People who contacted you, people you have ignored, etc... Private lists are lists meant to help you better organize
the people you are connected to. You can organize them in lists according to common attributes, or whatever you choose. People in your private lists can not know you have
them in your Contacts, and in which contact list they are. You can manage your contacts from the Contact Management through the Profile of a certain user.

Question: I have accidently put someone on ignore, and I wish to remove them. How can I do that?
Answer: Ignored users are removed like any other contact, from the Contact Management window. To get to the Contact Management window, go to the user's profile and click the "
Open contact manager" link. You can find the user's profile by going to the Contacts page, clicking "Users you have Blocked", and finding the user you wish to remove
throughout that list.

Answer: Go to the Success Stories section through the link the in the menu, and click Add a Success Story. Fill in the details of your story, and submit. That's it!
